Nashua Garden Club Program, Flowering Houseplants

The Nashua Garden Club program, Flowering Houseplants, will be presented Wednesday April 3rd at 7 PM at the First Baptist Church, 121 Manchester Street, Nashua, NH by Joan Bonnette, Master Gardener, Tree Steward and author.

Ms. Bonnette will tap into her 25+ years of gardening training and experience to discuss over 20 types of flowering houseplants. She will include overviews of each, growing tips and the degree of ease or difficulty growing particular plants. Attendees will learn how to fertilize their plants for optimum growth and maximum blooms, as well as how to deal with common insect pests. As a special treat – Joan will bring “baby plants” to share with the audience allowing them to practice what they learn.

Whether you are a beginner, are planning to add to your houseplant collection or looking to improve the health of your current indoor garden, you will be certain to learn a great deal and have an enjoyable evening. Please join members of the garden club for this informative program:
