Nashua Chamber Orchestra season finale set for May 31 is Nashua and June 1 in Milford

MILFORD – The Nashua Chamber Orchestra invites the public to its season ?nale, featuring electrifying young cello soloist, Zlatomir Fung, with music director David Feltner. Concerts held at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, May 31, at Nashua Community College’s Judd Gregg Hall, 505 Amherst St., and 7:30 p.m. Sunday, June 1, at Milford Town Hall, 1 Union Square on the Milford Oval.

Tickets can be purchased at the door, or in advance at Darrell’s Music Hall in Nashua, and the Toadstool Bookstore in Lorden Plaza, Milford. Prices are $18 adult, $15 senior and $8 student and children younger than 12 are free. Information is at www.nco-music.org or call 582-5211.

At age 14, cellist Zlatomir, student of Emmanuel Feldman, has amassed an impressive array of prizes, along with solo and chamber music appearances. Co-principal cellist of the Youth Philharmonic Orchestra at the New England Conservatory Preparatory School, Zlatomir is the silver medal winner of the cello division of the 2012 Seventh International Tchaikovsky Competition for Young Musicians.
