Merrimack-based HHHC receives donation from Cityside Management Corp.

MERRIMACK – Peter Chaloner, controller at Cityside Management Corp., recently presented a $5,000 check from the real estate services company to John Getts, president and CEO of Home Health & Hospice Care.

The check represents Cityside’s ongoing commitment to HHHC’s pediatric program, as well as support of the Community Hospice House.

Cityside Management Corp. was founded in Merrimack by Chris Dolloff, and has since become a nationally recognized real estate management firm providing asset management, property management and property preservation services all over the country.

“Our company recognizes that social responsibility extends beyond the company’s doors and into the communities where our employees live and work,” Cityside CEO Jim Stikeman said. “We are happy to support HHHC’s mission. The state-of-the-art, caring services they provide families are vital to the health of our citizens in southern New Hampshire.”

HHHC’s director of development, Tina Andrade, applauded Cityside’s commitment to the community.

“It is a privilege to be associated with a company that has such a strong regard for people,” she said. “This has been a long-standing relationship. Cityside’s controller, Peter Chaloner, has been on our Golf Tournament Committee for over 20 years. And the founder, Chris Dolloff, is a frequent guest at our events.

“As a nonprofit, we rely on the contributions of a caring community to do our work. Cityside has been a dedicated and loyal corporate partner.”

“Every one of our employees is hired and trained to be accountable for successful results while maintaining a positive, friendly, customer-focused attitude,” Stikeman said.

“They are expected to conduct business with a caring and personal touch. Our relationship with HHHC and other nonprofit organizations is a natural fit for us as we strive to do our part in helping to improve the quality of life in the communities we serve.”
