Home Health & Hospice Care announces new partnership
MERRIMACK – John Getts, CEO of Home Health & Hospice Care, announced that the nonprofit agency has made arrangements with Trinity Home Care, a private duty agency of Catholic Charities New Hampshire, to accept Trinity patients as Catholic Charities phases out its home care operation.
A representative of Home Health & Hospice Care will meet with each patient to discuss his or her service needs.
All of the current employees of Trinity Home Care will be considered for employment. HHHC’s goal is to have Trinity’s patients continue with the same caregiver whenever possible.
"We are happy to be partnering with Home Health & Hospice Care for the provision of home care, and feel our clients and community will benefit from this partnership," said Michael Lehrman, vice president of Catholic Charities Health Services.
"We have had a long-term relationship with Home Health & Hospice Care, and are confident in their quality and commitment to serve the needs of home care clients."
Catholic Charities is a nonprofit religious organization that owns and operates skilled nursing, assisted living and independent living centers throughout New Hampshire.
Julie Stone, director of business development for HHHC, said the organization is looking forward to working with the Trinity staff.
"We are delighted to have the opportunity to bring on new staff members who share our mission and culture," she said. "Both organizations are well- known for being ‘patient centered,’ so I anticipate a seamless and positive experience for patients and families."
