Fitness club offers free plan

AMHERST – Fall is the time of year when young people head back to school and families start getting back to their routines – including their health and fitness routines, which may have slipped or changed during the summer.

In fact, fitness industry analysts say as many people join gyms during October as in January.

The most common reason why adults don’t exercise more regularly is that they "just don’t know how to get started," according to a recent study conducted by Anytime Fitness, a fast-growing fitness club chain.
