Eagle Scout candidate builds archery platform

MERRIMACK – Eagle Scout candidate Jacob Parker completed his archery platform project at Wasserman Park last fall.

The platform will primarily be used this summer and in future summers for campers at Naticook Day Camp to enjoy archery lessons and develop their archery skills while at camp.

The platform is also open to the public, with netting and archery targets available during the eight weeks of Naticook Day Camp. Residents wishing to use the archery platform will need to provide their own bow and arrows, as well as netting and archery targets when Naticook Day Camp is not open during the other seasons.

The Merrimack Parks & Recreation Department welcomes the Merrimack community to visit Wasserman Park to see the latest improvements occurring at the park.
