Chef to make presentation at library

Join chef Oonagh Williams, of Gluten Free Cooking with Oonagh, while she makes a warming, comforting sweet potato, quinoa and slightly spicy sausage soup – just right for the cold, naturally gluten free and delicious.

Her presentation will be from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday, March 3, at the Merrimack Public Library.

Williams also will demonstrate how to make an almond cake that is gluten free and flourless, and paleo made with almond flour. It’s also dairy free, since she uses coconut oil when she can.
