Merrimack Chamber seeks nominations for Excellence Awards

MERRIMACK – The Merrimack Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for the 2016 Excellence Awards, to be held Thursday, Sept. 22, at The Event Center at the Courtyard in Nashua.

The categories for the awards are business of the year, small business of the year, business leader of the year and volunteer of the year. A longstanding tradition, these awards recognize outstanding leadership, community involvement and chamber participation.

"The Excellence Awards is our favorite event of the year. It gives us the opportunity to recognize businesses and individuals whose efforts and dedication make Merrimack a better place to live and work," said Dawn Shepherd, president of the Merrimack Chamber of Commerce.

The chamber encourages businesses to self-nominate, or nominate an individual within their organization, whose contributions have made a difference. With the exception of the volunteer of the year award, winners must be members of the Merrimack Chamber of Commerce.

Nominations must be submitted by Wednesday, Sept. 7. Winners will be notified on Sept. 12, and recognized at the Excellence Awards.

To nominate an individual or business, visit merrimackchamber.org/excellence-awards to fill out a short nomination form. This is your opportunity to help us recognize Merrimack’s best assets.
