Citizens for Clean Water conducts PFOA health study
Citizens for Clean Water is conducting a citizen-led household survey to document potential impacts of PFOA exposure in the Merrimack area. Our community group will be sharing the gathered data with the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services in order to advocate for our needs to be more comprehensively considered. Information will be released as group data only and will not compromise your personal or health specific information.
Please go to the following link to confidentially fill out our household survey: http://bit.ly/MPFOA.
Individuals should fill out the survey even if they do not have health issues or concerns about water quality as getting a full set of community data is important to our study. Survey results will be ready for community consideration in August.
If you are unable to complete the survey electronically, wish to conduct the survey via phone, or have any questions please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 603-424-5478.
