MANCHESTER – Raymond Raoul Perreault, 75, passed away December, 17, 2013, at CMC following complications of heart and lung disease.

He was born in Sanford, Maine, on November 23, 1938, and was predeceased by his parents, Raoul (Ralph) and Anna May (Marston) Perreault; a brother, Roger; and his eldest son, Raymond Jr.

He is survived by a son, Scott, with whom he made his home; a daughter, Kimberly and her husband Christopher Sawyer and their three children, Destiny, Nicholas and Thomas; his sister and brother-in-law, John and Vivian Hanlon and their children Christina Pomeroy, Kelly LaManna, Kerry Kincaid, Christopher and Sarah Hanlon-Scott; and several cousins around and in the area of Sanford, Maine.

He attended Sanford schools and following high school graduation joined the Army. Upon his return he made his home with his parents on the family horse farm in Waterboro. He was then employed by the Polaroid Corporation in Waltham, Ma., for many years and has been a resident for 30-plus years of Mont Vernon, where he raised his family and worked as a general contractor.

In most recent years, he enjoyed restoring older vehicles and having friends stop by for general “shop talk”! A very talented man in many areas, to say the least!
