Bradford W. Luebker

Fryeburg, ME – Bradford W. Luebker, 63, died Sunday, January 12, 2014, with his wife Stacie by his side at the Hyder Family Hospice House in Dover, NH after an eight-week courageous battle with gastric cancer.

He was born August 20, 1950 in Lynn, Mass., the son of the late Russell and Eleanor Leighton (Marden) Luebker. Brad was recently predeceased by his only sibling, Suzanne Leighton-Coté of Durham, NH.

Brad grew up & graduated from North Reading High School in 1968 and went on and graduated from Emerson College in 1973 with a degree in journalism. He spent the majority of his career in Marketing/
Communications.

Ten years ago, Brad & his wife realized their dream of living in Maine, where bass fishing was right out their front door. Brad also enjoyed creating fine furniture in his woodworking shop, as well as landscaping, which became a passion both Brad and Stacie enjoyed together. During these 10 years, Brad enjoyed being on the road as a truck driver for Harmac Rebar/A.H. Harris while living in Fryeburg, ME.

Brad is survived by his wife, Stacie Hope (Devery) Luebker, who has been his constant companion and wife for the last 26 years. Brad is also survived by his brother-in-law, Allen Coté; his three nieces, Gretchen, Erica and Emily; along with many friends and family who will miss him.

Brad’s wish is to have a celebration of his life in the spring on the shores of Lovewells Pond with all his family & friends.
