John C. Robinson

John C. Robinson, 63, of Milford, NH, died June 4, 2014, at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH, after a long illness with his family by his side.

He was born in Peterborourgh, NH, on December 16, 1950. He was the son of John A. and Madilene (Bolio) Robinson. John married his wife Edith (Brown) Robinson on August 2, 1985, and they spent 20 years together until her death in 2005. John loved the outdoors and was a hunter and fisherman. He had a great sense of humor and loved the time that he spent with his family. He was a member of the Pinnacle Mountain Fish & Game Club in Lyndeborough, NH, for many years and the NRA. John worked for Resin Systems in Amherst, NH, as mold maker for 23 years.

John’s family includes 2 brothers: James D. Robinson of Antrim, NH, and Joseph P. Robinson and his wife Donna of Bennington, NH. 3 sisters: Marie Brinkley and her husband Leo of North Dakota, Marion Edmondson and her husband Bill of Concord, NH, and Madelene Cave and her husband Taylor of Lyndeborough, NH, and many nieces and nephews that John treated as his own children.

Friends and family are warmly invited to calling hours from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2014, at Michaud Funeral Home, Wilton, NH. Services will be at 8 p.m. on Thursday, with graveside burial to follow at the Grove Cemetery in Belfast, Maine. Donations made in lieu of flowers to the American Cancer Society.
