Willard Dale (Tex) Depauw

Willard Dale (Tex) Depauw, 68, of Greenville, NH, died Friday, October 10, 2014, in Nashua. Willard was born in Levelland, Texas, the son of Glen and Louise (Hunnicutt) Depauw.

Willard was an Army veteran who served our country from 1964 to 1968, in Germany during the Vietnam War. He was a lifetime member of LeClair Caron Pelletier American Legion Post 13, Greenville, NH, and served as Commander of the post for 2 terms.

Willard was an assembler for Trelleborg Pipe Seals Milford, Inc.

Willard coached Little League baseball for over 20 years and loved to fish. He also loved watching sports, especially football. He loved all of the New England teams as well as the Dallas Cowboys.

Family was very important to Willard and family gatherings were made special by his incredible homemade spaghetti and meatballs.

Willard is survived by his wife, Barbara (Belanger) Depauw, of Greenville, NH; 1 son, Daniel Depauw and his wife Angela, of Greenville; 1 daughter, Diane Lapointe and her husband Robert, of New Boston, NH; 6 grandchildren, Dustin Depauw of Ohio, Natalie Lapointe and Danielle Lapointe of New Boston, Brynn Depauw, Amber Depauw, and Daniel Depauw, all of Greenville, 1 sister, Jessie Beadles and her husband Mickey, of Lubbock, Texas; many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends were invited to calling hours on Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2014, from 6-8-pm, in the Michaud Funeral Home Chapel, 32 Maple Street, Wilton, NH. A celebration of Willard’s life took place immediately following calling hours in the Michaud Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
