Patricia Kamholz

Patricia Kamholz, 87, longtime resident of Am­herst, NH, and recent resident of the Merri­mack Nursing Home in Boscawen, NH, died on July 16, 2015, following a period of declin­ing health. Mrs. Kamholz was sur­rounded by many members of her family and was blessed with a peaceful death.

She was born in Boston, MA on January 7, 1928, as the daughter of John and Josephine (Gallant) Min­nahan.

Mrs. Kamholz served as a volunteer for several organizations, primar­ily the Heart and Cancer Funds, and worked for many years as a sale asso­ciate for Millers Depart­ment Store in Nashua, NH. She and her hus­band, Donald, were long­time active parishioners at St. Christopher’s Cath­olic Church in Nashua and later, St. John Neu­mann in Amherst.

Mrs. Kamholz enjoyed hosting family gatherings, cooking and entertaining, as well as working in her garden and sharing time with her dog "Heidi." She also enjoyed fashion de­sign and interior design.

Members of her fam­ily include her husband, Donald, and their three daughters: Maureen Thibodeau of Weare, NH, Donna Urquhart of Milford, NH and Patricia Ge­bauer of Frank­furt, Germany; seven grandchil­dren: Jason, Chris­tina, Michael, Nicole, Gregory, Eric, JamieLynn and one great-grandchild, Owen. She was predeceased by her parents and by her twin brother, John Minnahan.

A memorial Mass was held on Sunday, July 26th at St. John Neumann in Amherst, NH.

A private celebration her life was held for fam­ily and close friends on Sunday, July 19th.
