Paul L. Levesque

>Paul L. Levesque died peacefully at his home in Wilton, NH, on July 9, 2016, surrounded by family. He was 84.

Paul was born on September 7, 1931 in Quincy, MA, to Alphonse and Aurore (Charron) Levesque. He met the love of his life, Pauline (Stone), at a roller skating rink in 1949 and they were married in 1952. He left shortly thereafter to serve in the Korean War for the U.S. Army, after which he returned home to raise his family, eventually settling in Amherst, NH. Paul was an entrepreneur who pursued several business ventures, including auto body shop ownership and real estate development. He and his family enjoyed outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and riding motorcycles. He retired to Florida at a young age with his wife to enjoy travel and other interests. They had a particular love for the National Parks. Paul lived life to the fullest and never missed an opportunity to share the stories of his many adventures with friends and family.

Paul is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Carl Griffiths; grandsons Shawn and Ryan and their spouses; four great-grandchildren; and siblings Therese Lloyd, Jon, and Robert. He is preceded in death by his wife Pauline, son Alan and brother Charles.

Paul’s ashes were interred alongside his wife’s at the NH State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen during a private family service on July 18, 2016. The family would like to thank Home Health & Hospice Care for their efforts. Donations can be made online at www.hhhc.org.
