Christopher Poole, 47, died November 12, 2018, at Lahey Hospital after a long and difficult battle with liver disease. He lived in New Hampshire only a year and found the snow very beautiful and invigorating.
Although he left this world at an early age, we feel privileged to have spent 47 years with him. He was very articulate, had a wonderful dry sense of humor, and was a great cook.
Christopher was born September 6, 1971, in Houston, Texas, to James and Donna Poole. After graduating from High School, he served in the United States Navy during operation Desert Shield in the Persian Gulf on the Battleship Missouri, BB-63, and traveled to many foreign countries. After his discharge, he returned to Texas where he lived in Houston and Waco.
Christopher worked offshore for many years for Digicon doing seismic mapping. He also worked as a legal assistant for Johnson Law Group in Houston for 7 years.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, Donna and Len Harten of Milford, New Hampshire, his sisters Kate, Dana and Megan of Richmond, Texas, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
At his request, no service will be held. Condolences may be sent to Len and Donna Harten, 4 Olive Street, Milford, NH 03055. Arrangements are in the care of Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH. To share a memory or offer a condolence please go to www.smith-heald.com.
