MILFORD, NH -Freida E. Racicot, 75, longtime resident of Milford, NH died on April 1, 2019 at Pleasant Valley Nursing Home, Derry, NH.

She was born in Goffstown, NH on June 11, 1943, a daughter of George E. and Alberta E. (Dieter) Davis. She was raised and educated in Brookline, NH and graduated from Milford High School. Freida made her home in Milford since 1962.

She had been employed by Hitchiner Manufacturing Company in Milford for 20 years.

Freida attended the former First Baptist Church of Milford. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and loved to cook.

She was predeceased by two brothers, George Davis and Edward Davis.

Family members include her three children, John C. Racicot, Jr. of Milford, Donna Densmore of Madison, WI and Clayton Racicot of Milford; four grandchildren; one great granddaughter; three sisters, Clara Cariginan, Alberta DeMello and Rose Hathaway, all of Milford; many nieces and nephews; and her former husband, John Racicot.

Memorial visiting hours are on Friday, April 5th from 5:00-7:00 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Brookline, at a later date.
