Annette F. (Trempe) Creighton

Annette F. (Trempe) Creighton, 73 of Milford, NH passed away peacefully on October 26, 2016 after a courageous battle with cancer surrounded by family.

Annette was a self-accomplished, avid quilter. It was her passion. All her quilts were given as gifts and never kept for herself. She was a perfectionist at heart and many a project was torn apart to start again, because they were not perfect in her eyes only. All who were so blessed to receive such a precious gift saw no flaws. EVER!!!

Annette was predeceased by her loving and devoted husband of over 40 years, Leroy A. Creighton Sr; January 27, 2001, her soul mate. AKA ‘Frannie’ to ‘Roy.’ She is survived by her four also very devoted and loving children and their spouses, Leroy Creighton Jr; and his wife Linda (Bell) of Milford, NH; Laurel (Creighton) Asprey and her husband David of West Palm Beach, FL; Jay Creighton and his wife Alice (Ouellette) of Francestown, NH; Carl Creighton and his wife Sheree (Alcorn) of Brookline, NH. Annette is also survived by eight adoring and devoted grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Born December 8, 1942, Annette Francis Trempe, AKA ‘Annie’ to Alice (Kirby) and Robert R. Trempe, she was the youngest of nine children. Her surviving siblings include Roger Trempe, Robert Trempe, Claire (Trempe) Lemon and Claudette (Trempe) Grzywacz. Annette spent her early childhood in Mason, NH. She and her husband Leroy moved to the Milford/Brookline, NH area, where they raised their four children.

A service will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the First Congregational Church in Milford, NH on 10 Union Street at 10:00am. A short graveside service will follow immediately after at Annette’s final resting place in Brookline, NH at Pine Grove Cemetery, located at 5 Main Street.
