Roger W. Bonenfant

Roger W. Bonenfant, 75, of Merrimack, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2014, at Southern NH Medical Center after a sudden illness.

He was born on January 25, 1939, in Nashua, NH, to the late Albert and Jeannette (Paul) Bonenfant. He was a graduate of La Salette Seminary.

Roger served his country in the United States Air Force from 1957 to 1962. After his time in the service, he found employment with BAE Systems and worked there for over 40 years until his retirement in 2007.

He was predeceased by two brothers, Albert and Ronald Bonenfant.

Surviving members of his family include his loving wife of 50 years, Helen (Lajoie) Bonenfant, of Merrimack; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Scott Bonenfant, of Nashua, and Keith Bonenfant and his wife, Kim, of Manchester; a daughter and son-in-law, Nikki and her husband, Dean Savramis, of Portsmouth; three grandchildren, Reno Savramis, Nicholas and Riley Bonenfant; two brothers and sister-in-laws, Paul Bonenfant and his wife, Gloria, and Arthur Bonenfant and his wife, Janice, all of Nashua; a sister, Joan Mayo, of Nashua; a sister-in-law, Diane Bonenfant, of Amherst; and several nieces and nephews.

There are no calling hours. A Memorial Mass will be held at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 16 Baboosic Lake Road, Merrimack, on Saturday, December 13, at 9:30 AM. Burial will be at a later date.
