Reader voting to grow economy
To the Editor:
Election season is upon us, and so it’s time to reflect on promises made and what was delivered.
My main disappointment is the lack of jobs created during the past few years. Why are so many Granite Staters having to commute to Massachusetts for high-tech jobs? What have the incumbents done to grow our economy? Promising handouts is an easy way to get elected, but does nothing for our economy.
I want my children to live in New Hampshire instead of having to commute or leave to pursue their career. Buzzwords like “investing in our children” mean nothing if the investment moves to another state.
