Rollins sets new horseshoe milestone
What a year it was in the Milford Horseshoe League. Top scorer Forrest Rollins rewrote the record books, the first 3,000-point scorer in league history and the first to ever average over 20.0 points per round.
The league celebrated Rollins’ 20.0123 average at the end of year tournament, which was won by Jim Hoffman and Chris Smith. Rollins and Bill Davis were second, ahead of Charlie Ferguson and Matt Trombly in third. Todd Ciardelli and Jim Gleneck were fourth.
