Cavaliers run at D-II meet

The Hollis Brookline High School boys and girls track teams competed at the Division II championship Saturday at Pelham High School.

The girls recorded 17 points to finish in a tie with Souhegan for 10th place, while the boys got one point in the meet, as Evan Porter finished sixth in the 110-meter hurdles.

The girls were led by Emma Newton, who was second in the 3,200, and the senior also teamed up with Suzanne Kagenski, Sarah Cramton and Emilie Newsham to finish fourth in the 4×800.

Lindsey Beauregard came in fourth in the triple jump while Amanda McDonough was sixth in the discus.
