Quartet of Hollis Brookline wrestlers compete at New England championships

Four Hollis Brookline wrestlers competed at the New England High School Wrestling Championhips last weekend, but they were all denied a spot on the podium.

Caleb Lomme also made some noise in the 182-pound consolation bracket with a pair of pins over Norton’s Jake Burgess and Skowhegan’s Logan Stevens, but Lomme was ousted in a fall to Lowell’s Malik Settles.

Hollis Brookline’s Nathaniel Lindsay went 2-2 on the tournament at 138 pounds, while Kayne Robert was 1-2 for the Cavaliers at 195 pounds. Clement Sherwood competed at 220 pounds, but was eliminated in two matches.
