BOYS HOCKEY

Jan. 28: Merrimack 5, Lebanon 2

Shane Foye had two goals and an assist as the Tomahawks improved to 3-4 in Division II. Aaron Tupper had a goal and an assist, while Owen O’Brien and Evan McCormick each had goals and Jason Fortin two assists. Other assists went to Jeff Gerhard, John Tiano, Mark Feeney, Kyle Feeney and Tyler Brewster. Tomahawks goaltender Matt Brewster had 21 saves.

Feb. 4: Merrimack 8, Kingswood 1

The Tomahawks evened their record at 5-5 as Shane Foye and Aaron Tupper each had two goals and an assist. Other goal scorers for Merrimack were Carl Eisermann (also an assist), Tucker Twardosky, Brennan Gillis and Darwin Carozza. Jason Fortin had three assists, while other assists went to Owen O’Brien, Evan McCormick, Owen Hastints, Remy Tupper, Carl Eiserman and Mark Feeney. Devin Gillis had 14 saves in goal for the Tomahawks, as Kingswood fell to 4-6.

BOYS BASKETBALL

Jan. 31: Merrimack 59, Salem 43

Shayne Bourque’s 21 points helped lead Merrimack to a convincing victory over Salem. Austin Franzen added 13 points for the Tomahawks. Merrimack was coming off its first loss of the season on Monday to Manchester Central.

BOWLING

Feb. 1: Merrimack gets two points

The Tomahawks recorded a 1,647 but only picked up two points against Pinkerton (1,611), Bishop Guertin (1,538) and Souhegan (1,509). Leading the way for Merrimack was Ethan Brodell, who had a 359. Zack Amodio added a 348 and Matt Larson had a 321. Souhegan was led by David Wieczerzak with a 348 and Jon Noguieria had a 321. Sarah Hurd added a 306.
