Air Force Airman 1st Class Alexandra J. Figuly graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

Figuly is the daughter of Robert Figuly, of Hawthorne Drive, Bedford, and sister of Breanna Figuly of Hilltop Circle, Wylie, Texas. She is a 2011 graduate of Wylie High School.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate’s in applied science through the Community College of the Air Force.
