Camp Allen recently named three new members to its board of directors: attorney John G. Cronin, James Masingill and Daniel Duhamel.

Cronin is a founding shareholder of the law firm Cronin & Bisson, P.C. He is also a manager member of Barristers Closing & Title Services LLC and a member of the New Hampshire and Massachusetts bar associations, past president of the New Hampshire Apartment Association and currently serves on the UNH Law School Alumni Advisory Board.

Masingill has more than 26 years of experience in the insurance industry, holding a variety leadership positions. He is employed with First Comp, a Markel Company located in Cranston, R.I., as vice president of claims operations.

Dan Duhamel is vice president of the Rowley Agency in Concord, where he manages the employee benefits department.

Board officers also were recently elected. Sebastian Grasso, CEO and president of the Windham Group, was elected chairman; Bret Cote, a business insurance agent at Clark Insurance, is vice chairman; Thomas Aites,vice president of Healthcare, Education and Not-for-Profit Groups at TD Bank in Boston, was elected treasurer; and J. Peter Griffin, of Griffin and O’Connell in Boston, is continuing as secretary.
