Colonel Robert Quinn, director of the New Hampshire State Police and Chief John Bryfonski of the Bedford Police Department announce that during the weekend of Aug. 22, State Police troopers from Troop B in Bedford and officers of the Bedford Police Department will conduct a sobriety checkpoint in Bedford.

The checkpoint is authorized by the Hillsborough County Superior Court, and will be conducted under guidelines promulgated by the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office.
