MILFORD – Companies thinking of start or expanding in the Souhegan Valley can get a look at available commercial buildings in Amherst, Milford and Wilton in the a tour operated by the Milford Improvement Team and the Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce

From 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, March 28, the groups will tour facilites in the three towns. Properties will include retail, office and industrial space.

The Vacant Spaces Tour starts at the Milford Police Department’s Training Room, 19 Garden St. in Milford. Coffee and light refreshments will be served during a brief panel discussion that will include representatives from the towns’ building and fire departments, realtors and commercial lenders.

After the discussion wraps up, our attendees will head out on a self-guided tour to see what space is available for lease or sale in these thriving towns Realtors will be on hand to answer questions and show the properties.
