Airman 1st Class Willie J. Miles III
U.S. Air Force Reserve Airman 1st Class Willie J. Miles III graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio.
The airman completed an intensive eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills. Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Miles is the son of Veronica M. Miles and brother of Constance N. Miles, Aja J. Miles and Raven S. Miles, all of Milford.
He is a 2014 graduate of Milford High School.
Airman 1st Class Jordan Dean
U.S. Air Force Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Jordan Dean graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio.

Dean is the son of Gail and Mark Dean, of Milford.
He is a 2016 graduate of Nashua High School South.
Col. Jason Kirby
Jason Kirby was promoted to the rank of colonel in the U.S. Air Force.
Kirby is commander of the 353rd Special Operations Group, Kadena Air Base, Japan. He has served in the military for 21 years.
Kirby is the son of Virginia and John Kirby, of Amherst. He is a 1992 graduate of Milford Area Senior High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in 1996 from the University of New Hampshire, Durham.
