Fred R. McIntyre, 64, resident of Milford, NH, died February 8, 2011 at the Lahey Clinic, Burlington, MA.

He was born in Cooperstown, NY on April 7, 1946, a son of Fred and Kathleen (Sperbeck) McIntyre.

Mr. McIntyre made his home in Milford for more than 20 years. He had been employed by Bemis Bag Company, Pepperell, MA, Vogue Wall Covering, Fitchburg, MA and more recently for W.S. Packaging Company, Wilton, NH, until his retirement last month.

Mr. McIntyre was an avid hunter. He enjoyed cooking, crossword puzzles, 3-D archery, riding his motorcycle, watching Westerns and most especially, spending time with his family.

Family members include his wife of 19 years, Jody L. (Morton) McIntyre of Milford; four daughters and sons-in-law, Breanna McIntyre of Milford, Tina and Mike Gignac of Manchester, NH, Tammy and Ernie Gagnon of Weare, NH, Terry and Brandon Murphy of Londonderry, NH; two sons, David Brewer of Hollis, NH, Nathan Dossett of Manchester, NH; 13 grandchildren; a sister and brother-in-law, Bonnie and David Gray of Fulton, NY; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial visiting hours were held on Wednesday, February 16th from 5:00-7:00 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford, NH.
