Kathleen E. Kobzik

Kathleen “Kaye” Eleanor Kobzik (Landry), 88, of 40 Bridge Street, Milford died peacefully at the Community Hospice House of Merrimack, NH, July 16th, 2011.

She was born October 19, 1922, daughter of Arthur and Eleanor Landry. A lifelong resident of Nashua, Kaye was the wife of Walter John Kobzik for 36 years, who passed away in 1984, mother of David Kobzik who died at birth and Michael Kobzik who died in 1975. She is survived by three sons, Peter Kobzik, wife Grace of Merrimack, Jeff Kobzik, wife Karen of Rye, NH and Jay Kobzik, wife Meredith of Milford, NH: seven grandchildren, Jay Michael, wife Debbie, Stephen, wife Kristen, Faith, Matt, Mark, Jennifer and Ryan Kobzik, two great-grandchildren, Kylie and Kaden and many nieces & nephews all of whom carry on the family legacy.

Kaye was a loving and devoted wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, friend and gracious woman. She had a wonderful sense of humor, loved the Maine coastline, politics, art, music, and was an avid New England Patriots fan. Her faith in God was demonstrated throughout her life as she lived to help others, loved unconditionally and gave of herself unselfishly.

A celebration of life service will be held at St. John Neumann Church in Merrimack on August 20th @ 11:00 am with a lunch reception to follow at the church. The family wishes to thank the many nurses who loved & cared for her at both St. Joseph’s Hospital and the Hospice House.
