After moving to the Boston area, she was employed as a legal secretary for many years. Prior to retirement, Lucy had been the sales & marketing coordinator for Amherst Sportswear.

She was very civic minded and was outstanding at raising funds for several local charitable organizations. She was a member and Granite State Fellow of the Amherst Lion’s Club and was recently awarded with the organization’s prestigious Melvin Jones Fellow for dedicated humanitarian services to New Hampshire citizens.

Lucy will be remembered as a charming, vivacious, and gregarious woman who was loved by all who knew her. She was an excellent cook and gardener, a gracious hostess, and talented photographer. Above all else, she loved spending time with her family and cherished her role as “Mimi”.
