Milford, NH – Bette A. Gagnon, 61, resident of Milford, NH died on February 10, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Nashua, NH.

She was born on July 12, 1956 in Nashua, NH, the daughter of Raymond Gagnon and Olga (Guerino) Gagnon. Bette was raised and educated in Milford and graduated from Milford High School, Class of 1974.

Bette had been employed as a bookkeeper for most of her life and had worked at Nashua Memorial Hospital. She loved to garden and devoted much of her time working in her yard, but most especially treasured time spent with family.

She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Raymond Gagnon and Colleen O’Connell of Amherst, NH; a niece and nephew, Samuel Gagnon and Hannah Gagnon of Amherst, NH; her good friend, Thomas Denucci of Littleton, MA; many cousins in Milford, MA and Michigan; and her beloved dog, Eva.

Calling hours are on Friday, February 16th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 17th at 10:00 am in St. Patrick’s Church, 34 Amherst Street, Milford. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Milford, MA at a later date.
