MILFORD – Myra J. Roebuck, 74, longtime resident of Milford, NH, died on July 24, 2018 at Crestwood Healthcare Center, Milford.

She was born in Dexter, Maine on February 25, 1944, a daughter of John H. and Isabella C. (Kinney) Maker. She was raised and educated in Nashua, NH and graduated from Nashua High School, Class of 1962. Myra made her home in Milford for the past 47 years and formerly lived in Nashua, NH for many years.

She was a member of the Granite State Antique Auto Club, Milford Bowling League, Granite Grange #7, Milford and had also attended the Milford Methodist Church. In her earlier years, she was a 4-H Leader.

Myra was a loving mother and devoted grandmother whose greatest joy came from spending time with her family.

She was predeceased by her first husband, Richard L. Mills who died in 1975 and her second husband, Carl H. Roebuck who died in 2011.

Family members include her son and daughter-in-law, Steven R. and Christine Mills of Amherst, NH; her daughter and son-in-law, Cassandra A. and Glenn Burnham of New Durham, NH; two grandchildren, Sarah E. Mills and Richard L. Burnham; two nephews, Glenn Richard and Scott Richard.

Visiting hours are on Friday, July 27th from 5:00-7:00 pm in the Smith & Heald Funeral Home, 63 Elm Street, Milford. A graveside service will be held on Saturday at 10:00am in Riverside Cemetery, 454 Nashua Street, Milford. Arrangements are in the care of Smith & Heald Funeral Home, Milford.
