Anna Marie Buckley, 76 of Hollis, NH (formally of Brookline and Hampton, NH) died peacefully on July 31st after a brief battle with cancer.

Anna was born on December 5th, 1938 and was the wife of the late William J. Buckley. She is survived by her brother Charles and wife Pat Garchinsky of Saugus, MA.; her children, sons William & Robyn Buckley of Rochester, NH, Michael & Sarah Buckley of Hollis, NH; and daughter Janice M. Buckley of Brattleboro, VT. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Zack, Zeke, Willow, Adib, Roia, Ian, Kristina, Quinn and Michael.

Anna graduated from the Chelsea, Memorial School of Nursing in 1959 and spent the first half of her career as a registered Nurse and the second half of her career in social services, with the last 15 years as the Director of Social services for Greenbriar Terrace. Anna enjoyed cooking and reading, but her greatest gift was working with the elderly, which was returned to her by the loving staff in her final days at Kindred (Greenbriar).

There will be a celebration of her life… an open house at Surf Restaurant, 207 Main St., Nashua on August 9th from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
