Donald P. Badger Jr.

Donald P. Badger Jr., 34, of Merrimack, NH formerly of Nashua, NH and Groton, MA, died Friday morning November 26, 2010 from injuries in an automobile accident in Bedford, NH.

He was the husband of Aimee (Belanger) Badger with whom he celebrated their 8th wedding anniversary on October 5.

He was the first child born in Concord, MA on January 1, 1976, the son of Donald and Margaret “Peg” (Jean) Badger of Chelmsford, MA. He lived his early years in Groton, MA and was raised in Nashua, NH where he graduated from Nashua High School with the Class of 1994. Don was the first male member of the Nashua High School Marching Band Color Guard. He attended the University of New Hampshire in Durham and later Rivier College in Nashua.

Don worked as an IT Tech for J.P. Morgan Chase in Salem, NH for the past five years. He previously worked for EMC in Nashua and Andover. During his High school years, He worked at NAMCO in Nashua.

Don loved spending time with his family, playing guitar, and gaming. They had traveled to Sesame Place in PA and were planning a trip to Disney World next year. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends.

He was a communicant of St. Joseph Church in Nashua and former communicant of the Immaculate Conception Church in Nashua. He was a member of Team Biohazard and gamed under the name –{TB}- Memory.

Besides his loving wife, Aimee, and his parents he is survived by his daughter, Abigail Badger, age 6 and son, Joseph Badger age 2 ½; his sister and her husband, Colleen and Daniel Rice of Nashua; his mother in-law and father in-law, Andre and Mary Belanger of Nashua, NH; his paternal grandmother, Ruth (Bowmar) Perkins of Ayer, MA, his maternal grandfather, Claude R. Jean of Nashua; maternal grandmother in-law, Aurora Moesfski of Nashua; his paternal grandmother in-law, Rita Belanger of Nashua; three sister in-laws, Becky, Vicki and Katie Belanger all of Nashua; a niece and three nephews, Matthew, Katherine, Andrew and Greg Rice; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visiting hours are Wed. from 3 to 7 p.m. at the George R. Rivet Funeral Home 425 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack, NH. Family and friends are invited to meet at St. Joseph Church 777 West Hollis St. Nashua, NH to celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. Following cremation, burial will be at a later date.
