Equilibrium
offering “21-Day Fix”

Equilibrium, a Pilates and fitness studio in Milford, will be offering a 21-Day Fix program starting on May 5. The program was started by Beachbody’s and is aimed to make weight loss simple for those who participate in it. The program consists of portion control and 30-minute workouts and will be run by Beth Civiello, personal trainer and wellness coach at Equilibrium. Softball fundraiser

The New England Diamond Gems will be holding its golf classic on the Jungle Course at Green Meadow Golf Course in Hudson with a shotgun start at 7:30 a.m. on May 16. The entry fee includes 18 holes of golf, a cart, lunch and prizes. Contests include closest to the pin and longest drive, and there will be raffles and auctions. LACROSSE

League looking for players

North Shore Lacrosse is offering a recreational lacrosse league for boys and girls at various grade levels beginning June 23 and running every Monday through Aug. 5. There are no tryouts, no extended practices and no weekend commitments. Offerings include a Boys Jr. League for Grades 3-5, a Boys Middle School League for Grades 6-8, and a Boys High School League for Grades 9-12. All grades indicate the level players will be in the fall school year of Sept. 2014. All games will be played at the Seacoast United Outdoor Complex in Epping. Start times vary from 5:30-9 p.m. and run for 60-90 minutes. U.S. Lacrosse membership is not required. All registrations are due May 1. NH Baseball League

The New Hampshire Baseball League is seeking players to participate in the 38-plus Division for the 2014 season. The wood-bat league consists of 10 teams with games on Sundays. Players must be 38 or older during the season of play. For more information or to register, go to nhbl40.com.
