FOOTBALL

Milford golf tournament

The Milford High School Football Booster Club will hold its golf tournament on June 27 at Crochet Mountain Golf Club with a shotgun start at 8 a.m.

The tournament is a best ball format and will recognize longest drives and balls closest to the pin. There will also be raffle prizes.

Cost is $400 for a foursome and includes golf, cart, bagels, doughnuts and coffee in the morning, a brown bag lunch and a buffet meal at the Pasta Loft in Milford. For more information, contact Bill Skinner at 673-3167.

BASKETBALL

Milford Hoop Camp

The Milford High School boys basketball team will host the Milford Hoop Camp from July 7-11 and July 28-Aug. 1 at the Milford Middle School. The camp will run from 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday-Thursday and from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Friday. Cost is $125 per participant and everyone must have insurance.

The camp is open to players ages 8-16. Sneakers are required and everyone gets a T-shirt. For more details, call
