Feb. 4

About 4:10 p.m., the Bedford police arrested Shane Demers, 19, of Salisbury, for forgery (Felony B). Mr. Demers turned himself in on a Bedford police warrant. He was processed, and released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail. He was to appear at Merrimack District Court on Feb. 17.

About 7:55 p.m., officer Brian Masker of the Bedford Police Department stopped a 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse on Route 101 by Meetinghouse Road. After an investigation Masker identified the operator as Angela Lunderville, 18, of Hillsboro. It was learned that Lunderville had a bench warrant for her arrest issued by Henniker District Court. Lunderville was taken into custody and transported to the Bedford Police Department. Lunderville was processed and released on $500 personal recognizance bail. She was given a Henniker District Court date of Feb. 11.

About 8 p.m., officer Stefan Swiadas of the Bedford Police Department was patrolling the area of Colby Court in Bedford. Swiadas stopped a 1996 Chevy Cavalier for a motor vehicle violation on South River Road. Swidas identified the operator of the vehicle as Nicole Sanchez, 38, of Manchester. It was learned that Sanchez’s license was suspended. Sanchez was subsequently arrested and transported to the Bedford Police Department. She was processed and released on $500 personal recognizance bail. She was scheduled to appear at Merrimack District Court on March 15.

About 10:20 p.m., officer Aimee Lapointe stopped a 2006 Kia Sportage on Route 101 in Bedford. Lapointe identified the operator as Jacklyn Tardy, 32, of Somersworth. After an investigation it was learned that Tardy’s license was suspended. Tardy was subsequently arrested for driving after suspension, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Tardy was taken into custody and transported to the Bedford Police Department. Tardy was processes and released on $750 personal recognizance bail. She was scheduled to appear at Merrimack District Court on March 15.

About 11:53 p.m., Bedford Police officer Scott Norris stopped a 2003 Chevy Tahoe for a motor vehicle violation on Route 101 by Wallace Road in Bedford. Norris spoke with the operator who was identified as, Sara Harrington, 29, of Wilton. After speaking with Harrington, Norris detected an odor of alcohol as well as other indicators of impairment. Harrington was subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated. Harrington was transported to the Bedford Police Department where she was processed and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail. She was scheduled to appear at Merrimack District Court on Feb. 17.

Feb. 7

About 3:43 p.m., officer Stefan Swiadas stopped a 2003 Toyota Matrix for a motor vehicle violation on South River Road. The driver was identified as Bradley Harris, 25, of Bedford, and was subsequently arrested for operating on a suspended license. Harris was given a personal recognizance bail and released with a court date of March 15 in Merrimack District Court.

About 4:33 p.m., officer Kevin Sutter stopped a 1997 Chrysler van for a motor vehicle violation on Route 101. The driver was identified as James Bolduc, 29, of Jaffrey, and was subsequently arrested for operating after suspension and suspended registrations. Bolduc was given a personal recognizance bail and released with a court date of March 15 in Merrimack District Court.

About 5:38 p.m., officer Michael Cherwin arrested Michael Dachowski, 33, of Manchester, on a warrant stemming from a January shoplifting incident at the Bedford Walmart. Dachowski was charged with willful concealment and then given a personal recognizance bail with a court date of March 15 in Merrimack District Court.

About 7:08 p.m., officer Brian Masker stopped a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am for a motor vehicle violation on South River Road. The driver was identified as Kevin Corliss, 21, of Manchester, and was subsequently arrested for operating after suspension and suspended registrations. Corliss was given a personal recognizance bail and then released with a court date of March 15 in Merrimack District Court.

About 8:30 p.m., officer Stefan Swiadas stopped a 1991 Honda CRX for a motor vehicle violation on South River Road. The driver was identified as Kyle Lamos, 19, of Manchester and was subsequently arrested for operating after suspension and suspended registrations. Lamos was given a personal recognizance bail and then released with a court date of March 15 in Merrimack District Court.

About 10:32 p.m., officer Kevin Sutter responded to a motor vehicle accident on New Boston Road in the area of Pulpit Road, involving a single vehicle off of the road. Upon investigating this collision, the operator was identified as Henry Veilleux, 45, of Bedford, and was subsequently arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated. Veilleux was given a personal recognizance bail and then released with a court date of Feb. 17 in Merrimack District Court.

About 1:28 a.m., Bedford police officer Aimee Lapointe stopped a 2008 Saturn Sky on Hawthorne Drive in Bedford for a motor vehicle violation. Lapointe identified the operator as, Anthony Salisbury, 29, of North Waterboro, Maine. After speaking with Salisbury, Lapointe detected an odor of alcohol along with other indicators of impairment. Salisbury was subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated and was transported to the Bedford Police Department where he was processed and released on personal recognizance bail. He was scheduled to appear at Merrimack District Court on Feb. 17, 2010.
