ARL-NH offers Camp Critter

The Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire is offering Camp Critter, a weeklong, day summer camp for children ages 7-11. Camp Critter is for children who love animals. Camp sessions cover responsible pet ownership, safety around animals, dog bite prevention, animal behavior, wildlife and more. Each day the schedule changes to include crafts, games, guest speakers and other activities. Camp Critter runs from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. for six weeks. Summer dates are July 9-13, July 16-20, July 23-27, July 30-Aug. 3, Aug. 6-10, and Aug. 13-17.

Campers are asked to bring their own lunch, snack and drink, and each camper receives a camp T-shirt. For more information about the camp sessions, visit Contact Gwynneth MacKenzie at 472-3647 or to register for Camp Critter. The ARL is at 545 Route 101 in Bedford.

Camp Critter is also offering a day camp for children ages 7-11 during April school vacation, April 23-27. Call the ARL for space availability.
