Victor Kwitkiwski, a business financial adviser with Ameriprise Financial, recently attended the firm’s 401(k) Success Conference.

Retirement industry experts presented information on 401(k) plan design, business development strategies, ways to improve participant outcomes and pending legislation. Several sessions focused on helping small-business owners establish, maintain and modify their companies’ retirement plans.

Kwitkiwski was one of a select group of Ameriprise financial advisors invited to attend the event, which was held in Minneapolis, where the company’s headquarters is located.
