Bedford Garden Club’s spring sale slated for May 20

With the help of many volunteers, the club will transform Bedford’s Town Hall, 70 Bedford Center Road, into a room filled with hundreds of plants. The sale will feature perennials, annuals, herbs, and ground covers, many of which come from member’s gardens. Some commercially grown plants will add to the variety. Added features this year are a gardeners’ thrift shop and a collection of birdhouses. Shop early for the best selection. This is the club’s major fundraising event of the year. Purchases may be made by cash or check. Some of the club’s Master Gardeners will be on hand to answer questions about plant selections.

Proceeds from the sale provide funding for educational programs (open to the public) and for maintenance of the club’s eight community gardens located throughout Bedford for the public’s enjoyment. For more information, please visit: or send your questions to:
