MILFORD – The rain this week will bring welcome green grass and flowers.

And to make sure trash doesn’t spoil town parks and roadside the Milford Improvement Team is looking for volunteers for its annual Milford Town-wide Cleanup Day on Saturday, May 9.

They will be starting at the pavilion in Keyes Park at 9 a.m. with coffee and doughnuts, then fan out to assigned areas.

At around 11:30 volunteers are back to Keyes Pavilion for a barbecue lunch courtesy of the Masons.
