WILTON – Volunteer Main Street Litter Clean Up Day will be Saturday, May 27, sponsored by the Wilton Community Center.

Volunteers are asked to meet at the Sky Bridge Cafe door at 8 a.m. to sign in, get a section assignment, and receive orange vests and blue litter bags. Wear heavy-duty work gloves and shoes, plus bug spray, and bring a rake, if possible. Those younger than 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

At the end, celebrations will be held at Sky Bridge.

“This is an opportunity for students, Scouts, organizations and town agencies to demonstrate their intent to keep Wilton a beautiful town,” organizers said.

The Wilton Community Center is a nonprofit organization, and donations are tax-exempt. For more information, call Stasia Millett at 654-2186.
