Alene Candles awards scholarship

MILFORD – Alene Candles, LLC awarded Milford High School graduating senior Keon Jackson with a $500 scholarship during a presentation at Milford High School on June 4. For the past eight years, Alene Candles has awarded a Milford High School graduating senior with a scholarship to support the pursuit of higher education. Jackson’s mother, Saicha Pacheco, has worked at Alene Candles for five years as a Production Lead.

“Awarding a scholarship to a Milford High School senior with plans to study manufacturing or science allows us to help the next generation of engineers and scientists grow,” said Rod Harl, President, Alene Candles. “This year, we’re pleased to award Keon Jackson with a scholarship. His mother has made countless contributions to the organization; we know that Keon will do the same in the future, wherever his path may lead.”

He plans to study Network Engineering at Nashua Community College starting this fall.
