Worcester Polytechnic Institute – WORCESTER, Mass. – At WPI, all undergraduates are required to complete a research-driven, professional-level project that applies science and technology to addresses an important societal need or issue. The following students completed their IQP this spring:

Lauren Dishong of Milford, majoring in Industrial Engineering, completed a project titled Improving Monteverde’s Newly Implemented Local Currency with Monteverde, Costa Rica.

Emily Deberadinis of Milford, majoring in Biology and Biotechnology, completed a project titled Assessing the Impact of Interactive SLR Maps in New Zealand with New Zealand Project Center.

Blake Audibert of Milford, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, completed a project titled Developing Recommendations of Virtual Fundraisers and Events with Worcester Community Projec Center.

GETTYSBURG, Pa. – Jacqueline Morin of Merrimack has been placed on the Gettysburg College dean’s honor list for outstanding academic achievement in the fall 2020 semester.

Students with a quality point average of 3.60 or higher (on a 4.0 scale) for a semester’s work are placed on the college’s dean’s honor list.
