Jockeys & Juleps Kentucky Derby Party set for May 7

MERRIMACK – The Greater Merrimack-Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce will celebrate the Running of the Roses at its Jockeys & Juleps Kentucky Derby Party on May 7 at the Biergarten Merrimack. The signature event is held as a fundraiser to benefit the programs at Touchstone Farm in Lyndeborough.

Touchstone Farm in Lyndeborough is an educational and therapeutic not-for-profit that is positively changing lives through partnerships between horses and people of varying abilities, ages and backgrounds.

The place to be to watch the fastest 2 minutes in sports will be at the Biergarten. Wear your best Derby hat or bowtie and enjoy a fabulous evening of hors d’oeuvre, a buffet dinner, signature cocktails, raffles, games, prizes and loads of fun. The post time for this year’s race is 6:57 p.m. Festivities run from 5-9 p.m.
