NASHUA – 95.7 WZID-FM will be hosting Kids Con New England on April 12 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Sheraton Hotel, 11 Tara Blvd.

Since it was established in 2015, Kids Con has promoted art education and literacy through comics, children’s books, workshops, gaming and fun activities. The event will include creative workshops, Jedi training, musical performances, magic shows, puppetry, a Harry Potter exhibit, gaming, a calmer space, an art contest, kids and family cosplay contests as well as a scavenger hunt.

Featured guests will include television writer/producer Jeff Kline, cartoonist Rick Keene, syndicated cartoonist Tim Jones, graphic novelist Mark Parisi, children’s author Gina Perry, cartoonist Dave London, graphic novelist Jennifer Morris, cartoonist Richard Maurizio as well as graphic novelists Adam and Makana Wallenta.

Tickets are $16 and children under five will be admitted for free.
