Nicholas and Amanda Kovaliv, of Merrimack, announce the birth of their son, Austin Miles Kovaliv, at 7:36 p.m. May 27, 2011, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Nashua. Austin was 9 pounds, 4 ounces and 21 inches long at birth. He joins his sister, Brielle, 2. Maternal grandparents are Bruce and Sue Sheridan, of Merrimack. Paternal grandparents are Nick and Glenda Kovaliv, of Amherst. Great-grandmothers are Barbara “Googie” Brown and Helen Sheridan. His aunts and uncles are Bud and Melissa Sheridan, Patrick and Tammy Thompson, Mike and Tara McCarthy and Anna Kovaliv.
