Nashua woman charged in Merrimack fight

MERRIMACK – Aimee Dumas, 40, of Nashua, was taken into custody on Jan. 14 following a physical confrontation at Skyline Mall in Merrimack.

According to the Merrimack Police Department, officers responded to 380 Daniel Webster Hwy. at 9:10 a.m. for the report of an assault.

During the investigation, police learned that Dumas was involved in an argument and proceeded to kick, slap and push the other individual.

She has been charged with four counts of domestic violence-simple assault.

Dumas was released on personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to be arraigned in Merrimack District Court on Jan. 15.

Under state law, if convicted, Dumas could face up to four years in prison and up to $8,000 in fines.
